Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy & Appointment Consent Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments leave an empty slot that could have been allocated to another client. Therefore, we require 48 business hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48 business hours’ notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a $50-$80 cancellation fee. Laser treatments can be performed during menstruation; clients may use a tampon during the procedure. By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy and consent to pay the applicable fee in the event of late cancellation or no-show.
